why some dudes there have a huge start , saw 1500 ats impressive tech lvl well whys is that for????

Used market before it got lowered? And didn't ascend?

but still 1500 ats , mehh also i saw one with techs +300 and it was the 2week max. anyway it ll be good to have some use of MT if the purpose of the game is to ascend.
