really depends on your acc setup and play style, but i personally agree,with this as the basis
those done ascending:
1)UP
2) Cov or attack. depends on play style, if you are a masser (and masses only) then an attack planet is second since lots of people run low defense in war it will reduce your losses, however if you are a saber or an acer, then the cov/ac is second (which is my style) because then you can say the lower defense people and send less spies and save your at's, and if you are an acer, for those with low defenses and decent coverts (bur not massive) you can ac them through their defense and use less ac units). and cov is also best for snipers because with all the high cov levels (and snipers usually don't have a high cov level) they can make the enemy have to use more ac units to sab what little they have.
3) cov or attack (vice versa as above)
4) defense its only useful for snipers who have a defense of like 2 t or less at all times, because it costs so much to upgrade you will never see any use out of it as a whole if you have a decent defense at all
5 income (very useless as you will never see your income paid back)
those ascending (after AG)
1) covert: because you will never have a high cov level, it will become very useful, and they are cheap to upgrade. while in the higher cov levels it won't help as much, when ascending you will rarely had above level 30 or 31, so it will usually add close to the 50% limit if any decent naq put into it
2) attack: if you are going to fight you won't be able to have a high attack unless you want to be a mega sab target because of low cov level, so this will help you be able to mass a little bigger defenses and not take a ton of losses, as well as allow you to hold a slightly bigger strike for farming purposes without becoming a sab target
3)up, after ag you will have a semi decent up so it can be helpful to help counter the losses one takes after each ascension, since farming is better way to do this though attack planets are higher since you won't want too many weapons due to low cov level, however up would be number 2 for someone who has no interest in farming, raiding, or massing ever, with defense as 3, and attack as 4 (though anybody reading this is probably a farmer, or a raider or will be doing some kind of attacking)
4) defence: can be decent to help you not need as many weapons since you won't have as high of stats due to low cov level, but either way you will need to either farm, raid, spy or so on, so still not as useful as attack or covert planets
5) income, still completely useless
those ascending, but not quite AG:
1)Cov: as listed above
2)Attack: as listed above
3)Defence: as listed above
4) up: completely useless because you won't have a up above like 10,000 ever, however it is number 4 and not number 5 because when you do hit AG it can become helpful down the road
5) income: still utterly useless
