you have to get 1,000 GnR and look at the up it requires
Or you can look at your ingame name and itll say beneath =p

if you get 1000 gnr, then look at the up requirement, theres a list somewhere in the newbie section as
different up=diff ascention
theres a topic somewhere haha
i believe this is the only way
