Does the cancellation of MS attacks occur only when members of that house attack enemies or only when they are attacked by outside members or both ways?

5 days wait, the same applies when you join an alliance, its 5days before an account becomes elidgeable for bonus and benefits.

My MS is still garbage.
What about planets. Would a member of this house still be able to steal planets and have their planets taken or does the MS as a whole get negated?

The last time DDE was in the house planets could be taken but ms couldnt be touched.
