Sending new players to the forum

Ok, everyone knows that are people who don't use the forums so other players decided to take advantage.

Example:
They sent a pm to a player who's never been on the forum saying that they will play x amount of naq for x amount of turns ( at a very low rate ).

Now, what i am suggesting is that every new account that is created should receive a message to go to the forum because there is a market there, they can trade etc.

Yeah I agree. It shouldn't be difficult to create an automatic ingame PM when the account is created.
