officer/co bonus

i believe the bonuses should be fixed that if i set officer to 10% they should recieve the full 10% and i should recieve the full 10% of their raw UP ... because my officer has 500k raw up and im lucky to get 30k extra for 30% i personally find this to be the most stupid thing ive seen
