What does this mean..?

Depends on what you were doing at the time you got this message? Is it ever present currently? Have you logged out and tried again?

Usually you get that message when you sit on the attack page too long, or have quite a lot of tabs open and turn change ticks over before you push the attack button.

I figured it out
The buttons on the screen you get from hitting the again button don't work
