It should be fixed, in my opinion.
I'm not sure if this is true, but it might prevent players with -29 minutes of ppt left from being attacked.

yes, you can't attack or be attacked while still in -mins ppt..
was more of a drama when alliances could set 1hrs ppt in effect getting 90mins each time..

So, it should be fixed to prevent further confusion and/or abuse.

It's hardly abuse when it's not even a bug, admin coded many things to happen on turn change, one of them is bringing anyone on ppt off ppt when they should be (in which case if someones ppt time is <1), some people end up going negative ppt time when they ppt right after turn change.
Other large negative ppt's arise usually when admin is frolicking in his code.

lol it can't be abused. So someone can plan to use their PPT immediately after turn change to get that extra 29 minutes, i'd hardly call that abuse.

Using something the way it was never planned to be used, is not abuse and/or bypassing game rules, apparently. Well, what should I expect, from people who allow untrained and naq to be brokered before ascension, and then returned?
I guess I won't report anything at any given time anymore. Not like people care that there are things that shouldn't be there. They enjoy it.

Dear Sol. I am not going to read any post -again-. What I said stays valid, no matter what you may claim.
It was never supposed to be like that, otherwise there would be no "-", simply 30 or 60 minutes more PPT.
General riviera, "consider". Therefore it is not, but you tell me to think as if though it were. Again, it is not.
Clarkey, as I said, I will. I will get over any and all exploits and bugs, beneficial or otherwise. I'm sure there will be plenty to report bugs and "forget" to mention exploits.
