iv put 14mil UU into miners today and my total bank limit has not gone up :S

another 3mil put in and its still saying

28mil UU put into miners and still saying

based on covert levels now i think some when you get a covert lvl bank changes to the cost of the next level..

I thought this too until I increased my anti cov level and the bank stayed the same... Or is it just cov and not AC?
