I thought it was not possible to attack/raid someone in the same house as you..

noticed in PP logs an attack by a person in an alliance in same house as us... all involved have the shaded house title thing.

I believe there is a 24(?) hours period until house effects apear after joining an alliance / an alliance joining a house

Yeah, it's why tons of people drop tags and get reinvited ocasionally, to hit people in-house.

If both sides have the 'shaded house thing' as seraphim put it, it means they have been in the house for at least 5 days. It is possible that the bonus kicked in for the attacker between the time of the attack and the time when the attack was noticed in the logs, I suppose. Or even for the defender, if they joined or rejoined the alliance less than 6 days ago.
