Finding a player

How do you find someone on the ascended server that you want to descend from the main server but you can't find his name or id on ascended?

9450 ascended IDs (deleted accounts discounted), 9213 main IDs. There's quite a few separated accounts in play. People wont sell the lists as mentioned by Julietta these lists took many years to complete. Countless hours to compile. I'll put a price on mine for ya though... 10 quad naq
