Atero Device

So I have been watching Stargate Atlantis and I think it would be cool to have an Atero device which essentially destroys MS when they try to jump to Hyperspace. This could be altered in the game for obvious reasons. Once you ascend to a high enough level you understand the workings of the universe. So we say anyone King of Timeless or higher will have the ability to build 1 of these devices. There would however be limitations. Once you build one it stays with you forever and the cost of maintaining gets higher and higher. It would also be limited to a single ascended race type.
Atero Device...costs 500tril to build.
You select one ascended type Anja, ori, tolah, or indu.
From that point any ascended of the type you choose will no longer be able to take planets or mass your MS with their MS. The Atero Device does not work against Non-ascended beings or those that have yet to ascend high enough to get the technology.
In order to change the ascended type to some other ascended type it costs 250tril.
Advanced Atero Device...costs 1quad to build.
You select two types of Ascended.
Costs 500tril to change 1 type of ascended after built.
True Atero Device...costs 2quad to build.
Select 3 types of Ascended.
