Attack window

When i click on the attack button , the page opens button it does not list anyone , so i can't attack

First question - have you been drinking?
Second question - if the answer to the first question is 'yes' then you have found your answer, however if the answer is NO, then I have no idea. Continue drinking.

yes i had a cupple , but i can't attack anyone , where are they ? i've been back in to my attack logs , and i can see those people , and when i click on them i can re attack them . but the main page with the ranking on it is not showing me any people ?

ah its back ok now for some more drinks , is 3pm too early
