Newgrounds has a tech price modifier if you want to call it, everyone knows that. Well My ascesnsion level is 14, I didnt do any of those supposed glitches to get to 14 if that makes a difference. However Im at level 18 on the tech price, whenever i get the 900m ish to buy level 19, it always says " Things should be easier" and it never bumps that level up, I have tried it for the past 3-4 days still nada.

I can confirm this bug.

Just took out 2bil, and it gave me the same message.

Ya im almost at 300 tech for income xD its getting very expensive like 80m each 1 lol

Ok so I came across it, for me past level 18 tech all prices are double what they appear, Im up to lvl 20 now but the next level wont cost 3b it will be costing 6b, basically as if the level went one up more than it should have, without giving me the bonuses
