Okay. I want to sell an acc I bought for a now inactive officer. Do I need to vac my current acc before I log into that one to set it up and then vac it?

There is a 48 hour grace period when buying or selling accounts, after that then yes you need to vac one of them.

Yes, it is his account, he paid for it for an officer that went inactive..
Second... grace period still applies regardless..
