Ascended God Quest Suggestion

Can we be allowed to God Quest people we are set to peace with. Sometimes when people change their names up their or its been a few years you forget who they are but you don't want to set them back to neutral to find out who they are.

as it turns out, it appears you should have been aloud to, but the coding was a bit logically inept. I's fixed now, reconing and GQ'ing can be done to someone you have peace with.
