ok the symptoms are,

it will just keep attempting to load youtube, and it wont stop and give me a fault, it just keeps going forever

any idea ?

Could you not be more specific than "my laptop"? What browser are you using, have you tried other browsers?

samsung laptop aprox 3 years old, vista, firefox

First of all get rid of vista, yuk. But have you tried IE to see if it's a browser issue?

my IE is plaugued with add ons and other terrible things as i never use it , it scares me

ok it is firefox doing something, but not sure what , any ideas ?

disable all addons expect a few obvious ones such as flash and adobe reader

what many that use other browsers fail to see with IE is that your IE is a good representation of your windows' performance

is it with all youtube movies ? or just a few ?
have you tried rebooting your system ?

guild sucks

its the actually page that wont load, everything else is fine, just get a white screen and a loading symbol dont even get to the site :S
