Achieved what I set out to do a while back.
New goals? Continue, extrapolating from earlier goals.

You sure you don't mean Interpolating?

No, my new goals are outside the range of my previous -already achieved- goals, and the time in which I have achieved my goals is rather finite, so my new goals would be outside the discrete set of known data points; hence extrapolating.
But, as with all things, I guess it depends. Using only my own previous goals and time as above, I believe I am extrapolating. If the goals of others are on the same scale and have a relation to my own goals, then I could agree with interpolating..
Unless you have a better explanation?

I am a manager, not a mathematician.
