active commander seeking active officers

hey there, i am assassin 14 and as the subject says i am looking for officers.
i am very active, check every few hours except for when i am sleeping.
i need an officer that is very active and will be able to contact me or reply daily.
i am mainly looking for the obvious reason of UP bonus, but i am also looking to make new connections
i give 30% of my income which can be anywhere from 5-10bil per turn between my officers.
i currently only have 2 and hoping spots will fill.
