didnt get my APP after i ascended

it has been 2 days and i still havent got my Ascended power points frum ascending i was supposed to get around 2-3mil APP and i have the same as its been for 5 days

5,920 Ascension Points Available. Will return 2,222,506,133 Ascended Life Force

i had the same problem with 2 ascentions ago..
i had 1b def mercs and they didnt brought me any bonus :(
