it starts at 1:46PM game time.

Eastern Canada/US thats 4:46pm
UK thats 9:46pm.

the rest is unknown, but ive been awake for less than 5mins.

Doubt it'll start at 1:46pm, the time varies. Could be reset today or in a couple of days if there's bugs to Iron out.

Im awaiting this ERA too, however since im busy tonight playtime will be short...or so it appears that way right now.

It opens when it says it does, or the very next turn change. Always has, minus 3 era's..

If the wave is not ready the time will be changed, but it usually is only pushed back an hour or two not a day or two, which has only happened a few times again.. Even then, it will open when it says it does.

Also Two of those three era's the time was delayed after it was opened, then everyone was booted because SIGNIFICANT bugs were found and reported immediately..

if it opens exactly when it says, than less than half-hour remain.
