for UU you should be hitting 17k+
naq you should be going for anything about 15 bill + really..
it depends on how much repairs cost you.
This is dependent on what you could sell the turns for though.

i been hitting 20 bill OR MORE JUST HIT A 66bill:P AND STOP RAIDING AT 30k
