1 of my palnets a COV in particular has decreased by 50 bil stats atleast

was it stolen (and you stole it back)?

The information you need is your account ID and try and give a date of when it happened. That's all that is needed (in addition to an explanation to what the problem is). Send the email to support@gatewars.com

well im on about the POP3, IMAP and the SMTP, are they on my account

I'm sorry you've confused me. All you need to do is send an email from your email account to support@gatewars.com. It does not matter about POP3, IMAP or SMTP. Just compose an email and send it.

well i tried and then it asked for my name, my email address , then them 3. have you ever sent a email by cliking that sub link, unless it just comes up for me

It must just be you. Now do as I explain here...

I assume you know how to compose an email and send it right?

So, go to your email account, compose an email, put in the email address support@gatewars.com type your message and click send. ignore that page on the game, just go to your own email and send the email. It really is that simple.

You've clicked it and it's opened Outlook automatically. You don't want to be using Outlook unless you know how to set it up. Go to your mail host (Hotmail, Gmail or whatever) and copy and paste the email as your recipient.
