Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

He says he could log in fine until he was eliminated from the arena, since then he can load the ascended.gatewars.com page but gets the error when he types in his login details apparently.

yup he got autobanned, i'll get admin to look at it.
