As title says, with war/war both players should be able to hit each other regardless of phasing in my opinion.
What do people think?

At the very least, can we fix the ability of someone to still attack others while they themselves are phased? That's been an annoying part of the ascended server for years.

Interesting you say that i was going to make a suggestion about that when i found it whilst i was making the arena. In the arena if you attack someone then you slightly unphase yourself, outside it doesn't happen like that. But no one brought it up after the years ascended has been alive for so i just thought meh.
I would be happy to change it anyway (original suggestions), for mathlords one i would probably have to add some form of realm alert phase measure thingy, like admin has on main.

I'm generally of the opinion to not change things in this game...if the game doesn't suit my current game play, I try to suck it up and adapt to a new game play. That said, when people are set on changing things, we might as well make it make more sense lol

yea, i think the way nox / realm alert works in main is a good example, and ascended should follow wuit in one way or another. The whole phasing thing is a bit annoying, especially when you have war/war and KNOW you can do more damage to your opponent through better knowledge, but realm alert is keeping you on even footing.

I say no to this. Ascended is not the same as main and shouldnt be nearly like main. Whats next???? Auto war after so many attacks used.
What should happen is instead of no phasing with war/war, just increase the amount of attacks before phasing. So instead of 30hits before phasing, make it like 40 to 60hits before phasing.

Many of us just got tired of complaining and being ignored, or worse being to we were right and then ignored. Ascended has always been a red headed step child for Jason because it not a $$ maker so he rarely ever cared. It should be fixed tho.
Glad to see he finally cared enough to let someone with passion and care for the game get involved. You have done great things with ascended even if I do not understand them all yet.
As for the suggestion, I must ask if its a War/War situation, what benifit is there? what do you get extra for having war set now? I know in times past the only thing war setting was used for was farming lists. If there is no incentive to set to war, then what stops a player from setting neutral to block the no phase/more attacks until phasing aspect?

Its actually beneficial to not set war I believe. you take much more losses if you declare war on somebody and they have not.

Apart from killing more so you don't use as many turns...you get a better chance to gain more DMU.

DMU and depends how much they have, the chance can dip down to 50%
A full on war-war, 15 turn attack, i believe if im reading correctly, will always net you all DMU.
One sided war 15 turn attack will net a min of 75%.
So if you like to get a min of 300 trill at least for every attack to get a decent economy then you will only have to attack down to 400 trill (one sided war) and 600 trill (for no war).
