How they came to be: A rebellious foster Galaran girl, she was fascinated by ships and weaponized command stars growing up, at a young age she could name the main parts of a ship including several thruster drives and was caught several times at hangars watching and helping
the grease monkys repair, maintain and fix all styles of ships. She eventually jumped on a trading ship as a stowaway and worked her way through markets all over the galaxy, stealing bits and pieces, working
with ships and was able to pilot some. She ended up highjacking a Needle-threader replicant, and out-piloted a crew of Goa'uld chasing her, later she stripped off the tracker and sold it for a good deal of money
She has an unparalleled ability to pilot ships and uphold and upgrade a very broad range of them.

Increased covert--5.26%
Decreased command star attack and defence--1.81%[/spoiler]

Shouldn't this demi-god increase command star? Would make a lot more sense due to origin

It would seem more viable for it to be the other way around, however there would be countless circumstances which would lead to the demi to work on something different anyway. e.g perhaps the increased intel technology on the command star and on planetary fleets did happen to decrease the command stars attack and defence.

Its okay to admit that the demi-gods dont make any sense necessarily to the abilities they grant!

I did pretty much say that , some are designated roughly to what attacking style you do, which in turn has a higher probability of getting a demi with an increase in that ability.
Although there can be many situations where the ability set and story are opposite, but can work.
You got lucky with that find anyway
