Farming ratios?

Talked to a few people that are supposed to be awesome on ascended and I still have no idea what ratios to hit for except to go for 300t+ on 0defs and "probably" 400t+ on 40q defenses.
This is my current ratio since coming out of the tourney:
Dark Matter Units Stolen 46,080,195,036,011,688
Grand Total of Planets Slaughtered 776,116,320
Is this a good?
Also, what about setting war? You loose more but gain more from it....is it worth it?
What should I be hitting for on like 70q+ defenses? 400t ish on any defenses?

You were useless last time! All you said is that you didnt know what ratios to hit because of the War setting thing you learnt about. n00b!

Everyone's preferences are different. Simply put however using your 400t as a minimum then it is profitable on any defense because repair costs are so low. Even farming with a large strike 400t is still profitable. Raise your minimum to say 500t and you can farm more but usually have to do more runs a day. Then you get into the whole idea of what amount of dmu out is worth destroying a defense over. That is solely up to you.
Setting war is worth it. Especially if you keep a farming list running. Mine is over 1000 and still growing.

I farm for 100Trill and up
but then I only get on ascended 1 a week to do a quikc farm and sign out
