If you mean spying someone who is on ppt, im pretty sure its been possible since the dawn of time. If you mean spying someone to see how long their ppt lasts for, no.

one of the skills of the game is predicting when a ppt drops. what is the point of being able to spy everyone once you login, and make a simple log of who will come off while you are on.

there is no skill involved on catching a missed ppt if your an active farmer it happens pretty often to even the best of us .
i think being able to spy PPt's would help the game ....not saying that you can see them of course because it would be like planets ..and you just need high enough covert to keep it protected whilst your on ppt.
so why again cant we obtain this valuable information from the less active?...

Calculated anticipation is something of a skill, you can't take that away from certain people who dedicate their efforts to catching missed PPT's and not just from fluke ladder sifting. You wouldn't ask a person the reason WHY they have gone on PPT (or if you did expect a response - and appreciate there are a lot of reasons other than just to have a break/store naq) so why should you be entitled to know how long they are on it for?

PPT time is just that, it's time, time cannot be spyable. It's not a physical thing that can be seen.

you can see when some 1 starts a ppt and do your notes to calculate it down or do all of that to know when to log on to see it yes , a simpler matter is just taking that time , putting it in their realm then bam , everybody has clock that can be spied with less time involved and if your good enough you got nothin to worry about really...
we should be able to do this why? because it would also be somethin usefull to use during wars and it can be used strategically used for yourself and enemies

so why should this information even be so big a secret?

Because of lazy dumbasses who are unwilling to put in effort themselves, that's why.
What next? A button to mass someone? Automated repair functionality?

Agreed. You would sorta need to spy the council, and I don't think they'd look kindly you spying on them

Yeah, maybe PPT should be renamed as Personal Private Time.

haha o... this name is more reasonable then protected planets treaty if our covert fleets cannot tell when this treaty ends.

I average 6+ PPT drops a day and I know there are people who average way more. Learn to make 20T+ on PPT drops per day and tell me it takes 0 skill.
