The only way a user can do it is by searching the email address on the forum with the hope that the user in question has posted their email address in a thread somewhere.

Admins can search for a user with an email address but that's not allowed because it's not right to do so.

all it was i was trying to change to my new e mail, when i say new its my old hotmail account i have had for ages to get rid of a few e mails i got for games and stuff but it says its already in use, have no idea how or who but just curious thats all, tried the searching thing like suggested but no joy !
