Descending inactive people is fun (usually doesn't require many hits).

Yes, boost on kills.
Now that we have 4000 turns, it's less problematic to waste them on such things and still be able to farm. Although I prefer not to descend good farms but low income (critical alert etc..) inactive people instead...

Agreed. Just descend bad farms. One can never have enough DMU to farm.
