HI,

I have had my account vacated until firther notice as someone believes that the account doesnt belong to me. Admin Sue emailed me asking how i got the account i have replied to this email and am sure its a big mix with renji2 thread 'cant log in' as he was the previous owner. i'm very eager to get on with the game and have a bit of fun.

Admin Sue is only one that can sort it out.. if you have given her both your id and renjis new one then it shouldn't take her long to sort it out..

from what i can gather renji2 new one has been deleted already by his gorlfriend. at this point im assuming that whilst he couldnt log in my (his old account) was suspended.

but im having no replies.

can take a while,

bit confused now, was he trying to log into your acc or his deleted one?? if it has been deleted then ofc he wont be able to... not sure a deleted acc can be resurected.

is he saying he didn't sell you the acc you now have?

basically i received an email saying someone has siad the account i have doesnt belong to me and its been suspended. i bought it two days ago off someone called renji.

i came on and noticed that renji2 had started a thread as he couldnt log in.

in the thread my now suspended account is mentioned, (not by him) so i assumed he was trying to pull a funny one and rip me off.

then renji2 finds out that his girlfriend deleted his new account and it has nothing to do with my account.

so im hoping that admin has realised its just a misunderstanding and give me my account back.

and renji2 isnt allowed to play as his girlfriend wont let him

Dustin hope u get it fixed but I can't work out who can be disputing it, wolverine was the last owner then me ! If u need anything just pm me or catch me on msn

Quick question, Renj, did you email admin when your GF deleted your account?
She might have misread your email, much like I misread your first post at first.

I think it might help if you contacted adminSue at support@gatewars.com and explain that you were the last owner of dustin's account prior to him getting it and that it is rightfully his. You could possibly provide things like the email address that was used on the account to try and prove that you were the one that sold it to him.

I'm sure it will all be resolved in the end and that it's just some sort of confusion. But try and be patient with adminSue, she's been pretty active recently so hopefully you'll get this sorted before long.

Don't forget it appears he was unrightfully suspended.
Bringing it up is not all that strange imo, a form of compensation for the loss of turn/uu/naq generation does seem appropiate, next to a small apology.

Everyone makes mistakes, nothing drastic about that.

Read the Terms of Service, Duckie. There is no such thing as 'unrightful suspension'.

Having said that, it does suck to get suspended. Such is the risk of buying and selling accounts though.

replied to admin sue so hopefully this gets you sorted, When I read my first e mail to her i can understand the misunderstanding and also my posts on here where not exactly clear , apologies to Dustin !

Compensation will be unlikely as those autobanned do not get compensation. You will likely get a PPT though when it is unbanned.
