Sticky Turn Clock

Anyone else noticing how the game seems to get stuck for a few minutes on the turn of the change? It certainly isn't a minute between 0 and 29 on the change, more like 5 minutes sometimes.

Alternatively, if it still occurs, it may be put into the Era 32 bug sticky.
