Can someone who really knows what they are talking about please clarify this,
with respect to the higher ascension levels adding to the Ascended Blessing Chances of Success:

Ascended Bonuses
To clarify, the ascended race bonus is 5% per stat you are bonused on, up to ascension level 6. After that, it is 1% per level thereafter.
The chance of successfully using your Ascended Blessing is 2% per level after 6, with no unique techs. Each unique tech gives the amount stated (either ontop of zero chance, if ascended under 6 times, or ontop of 2%*(times ascended-6), if ascended over 6 times.

For every ascension beyond the 6th one the ascended blessing gains 2%.

This is regardless of Ascended Blessing tech. A lvl 16 ascended account will have 20% chance of AB, even if they did not purchase any techs. The acquisition of all AB techs adds 30% chance to AB.

6: 30% + ((6-6)*2)% = 30%
10: 30% + ((10-6)*2)% = 38%
20: 30% + ((20-6)*2)% = 58%
23: 30% + ((23-6)*2)% = 64%
