TAF- Relearning the lessons of history..

All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him.

- Sun Tzu, the Art of War

Learn the lessons of history or it will repeat itself.- A popular saying.

The TAF Alliances seem to have NOT learned this lesson. As many of you know, when the game shut down, quite a few of our alliance either went on temporary or permanent breaks. And so the TAF, in it's infinite foolishness got cocky. So it was decided that we would have some fun with them, and thus Strikeforce was unleashed.

He applied to the TA, and within a few hours, instead of the usual two week waiting period, he was let in to the alliance. Within 24 hours of that, he had 3IC! Why? It is a powerful account and greed reared it's ugly head. As you can imagine we gained access to alot of things about the TAF. How much they spent? Their true feelings on their so called allies, people who supply them with information and resources and so on. Strikeforce eventually managed to get ingame 2IC, and he could have done alot of damage if he had wanted. But he was there to bide his time, until we rebuilt the Empire.

And that time has come! This is just the first step in displaying some of our open strength...

Depending on our mood we will reveal some interesting tidbits from TAF MSN convos, but here's a few to amuse you all.

Mathlord, trying to convince Fericide to join TA: "I want your huge account in me" lol.

Mathlord says: ETL is off PPT
BMMJ13 says: this is not a drill OMG man your battle stations

Mathlord says:
we also tend to have a history of not having the best allies in these wars and ending up having to do a lot of the work ourselves :lol
Jac - [StrikeForce] says:
Lol, well I don't think that is the case now, we have alot of allies by the looks of it, or my theory, they all fear us! (rightfully!) lol
Mathlord says:
aye they should fear us \
but I've learned to never depend on ano
but I've learned to never depend on another alliance to fight for us or with us :lol
in the last server war
we had The legion Empire (back when they had like 80 members), The Order Empire and about ten other alliances on our side
yet out of the big defenses in FUALl
I'd say 80% or more were massed by us :lol
with one big strike that we preserved for a few weeks
and kept taking down their big
yet out of the big defenses in FUALl
I'd say 80% or more were massed by us :lol
with one big strike that we preserved for a few weeks
and kept taking down their big boys

DeathIncarnator says:
math we got the DDE NMA extended to year end
Mathlord says:
NAP you mean DI?
beliblisk says:
this is what jedi said about us
Charlie (JT) says:
I know right
well I have a soft spot for TAF, was my first alliance in the game even tho it didnt work out
I was such a noob then lol
Jac - [StrikeForce] says:
Who is JT?
beliblisk says:
a massive suck up he knows we would ki
beliblisk says:
a massive suck up he knows we would kick DDE's ass so blows us off

There is a more serious issue that we discovered on this 'adventure'. It seems certain members of TAF knew that the Old Skool House, the house we were in was bugged, in that it's features didn't work. So, I would like to ask those people, why didn't you inform admin or us? When we discovered this from you lot, I went straight to admin to report the bug. I expect a pm explaining your reasons.

For your information, Strikeforce IS Huxley! lol
And so the TAF have been Troyed..look forward to more..

TAF HC would like to inform you that ex-member [Strike Force], 75007 main/**removed** ascended, is actually the Omegan known as Huxley. While our HC has known about his true identity since he applied for TAF, we decided to allow him to attach to see what might happen and see what Omega were trying. We have now kicked him to prevent future problems and due to his facade wearing thin, as even allies were suggesting he might be a spy. We apologize for his attempts at threatening allies, aggressive farming, breaking of agreements, as well as any lies he has or will pass along as fact from TAF forums or conversations.
Thank you for your understanding in the matter, TAF HC

why dont you go ask the recipients of those pm's to find out.

I'll admit it was difficult saying nice things and pretending he was in TA.

Why do you think you were massed by Odji Nsu? Omega continue to underestimate TAF...

Nice post...euhmmmm, a massive suck up I am not and nobody will kick DDE's ass while I am playing..Thats a guarantee ;)

If there is any truth to that mess of quotes and it is not un-edited then somebody is a fool..if it is edited then somebody is a fool. ;)

So anybody out there that wants a piece of it..I can most certainly oblige whether DDE has 50 members or a mere handful. Guaranteed.

I massed him, I made enemies with aggressive farming, nothing to do with TAF.

TAF continue to talk rubbish.
