If Juliette did mass 80q worth of stuff on his ascended, for no reason, 25T isn't a lot to ask back out of what he lost. It's not extortion, it's loss repayment.
If it's not Juliette though, then I'd hope he closes this thread.

The mistake he makes is that he thinks that no one will mass his asc even if he is a DMU trader. The weps where there at his own risk of losing them, Extortion wont do anything.

I'm with andy on this. He put all those weapons in there to build up DMU, sorry, just like some people like to mass for having too many spies out, same thing. As a former extortionist, it doesn't pay.
