Ok. You started this by massing my 'inactive officer'. His AT's turns, rank and UU in open all stated he was active, but, whatever, sure. So your nice LG +whatever account took down his recently ascended Prior account. Nice going, definition of Hearts and minds. Next step, i asked you why he was massed, you gave a truly nonsense reason. I asked him to be re-paid, you start ignoring PM's. I'd like to note that at this time, I've been on PPT since market reset due to some RL issues that my alliance mates know about. I move into Cloud for some internal reasons, next thing i know, you mass 2 members of cloud because I'm a wimp and I'm sat on PPT? Ok, so just for you, I'm coming off PPT tmrw. These are the terms I'm offering...

1 week war. After the week we shake hands and move on. I imagine with a new found respect for one another.
Ascended is included. I've GQ'd you, you can't descend me, i can't descend you. So its more for extra massings ^.^
No officers (Ironically...)
No alliance/commander/officers/friends interference. A true 1on1.
No planets. Only creates grudges. Unneeded.

You've massed one of my officers and two fellow empire members for my 'act of cowardliness'. Either you step up and you accept this, or show the GW community that you are only willing to beat the small barely ascended, new/returned players. If you deny this we can move on, and i think what needs to be shown would have been.

I'll await your reply before i take any action.

Shaba, I doubt DDE gave you a "Mission" to random mass someone, it just doesn't seem like they would phrase it that way. Also, if the alliance says "village" it is extremely likely it is part of HVE

Don't worry mate, i plan on matching his defence just before my PPT runs out. Which will be tmrw around 25hrs after the monday market reset, just so he knows

Ive notified him of this. If he accepts DDE will honor this vendetta and Ill expect HVE to honor it as well.
