How come all the mercs seem to be always gone no matter the time lately? Cant even get them late in the a.m. Arent they replenished (like 5m of em added) during turn change or am I wrong?

they are taken very quickly

attack/ defence mercs are rather sought after right now. war be brewing
untrained mercs, though useless, some noobs are stockpiling. Yes, you know who i mean *glares at a particular person with 2.7bil

More than likely due to some big 1v1 vendettas, as far as replenishment time I dunno.

Both TA and OE buy them. And a few other people when they get lucky.

TA and OE are always in the market
It's been a race just about 24/7 for weeks to get the mercs on each turn change...
