Not sure where to put this or even if it's a cheater.

It means he's either banned (after he set peace with you, although I don't think banned accounts have rank 0 anymore) or he ascended then set peace with you and you looked at him all within the turn change of him ascending. All I can think of right now.

It means he's either banned (after he set peace with you, although I don't think banned accounts have rank 0 anymore) or he ascended then set peace with you and you looked at him all within the turn change of him ascending. All I can think of right now.
He isn't ascended thou, and his rank didn't update.

Sometimes brand new accounts take a few turns to become ranked...they also don't seem to be able to be hit at first however they can hit others. I've run into that a few times with suspected multi's taking planets.

I thought New accs can't take planets for 90 days?

He is not on vac as this isn't under his name {On The Cusp of A Black Hole...} also I don't think new players will have 5mil soldiers.

New players start with 5m army and cant take planets to begin with. Have you seen any activity on the account? Im sure it is just banned.

all these make you end up with a 0 ranked account for usually just a turn, but ive been ranked 0 from coming off vac for a few before.

No change. He's not ascended either.
And I don't think he'd stay zero ranked for so long (keeping in mind it was March, 27th when I saw that).

Thats so we don't have people making accounts just to take planets then delete at the end of the day.
