Looking for officers

I currently make 42 bil/turn with no officers. Looking for 1-2 officers to split the income. I offer full protection.

Just came back to the game and all my old officers have left the game or grown up and dont need my protection anymore.

Hmmmmmm tempting...
I was hoping out to start again on Newgrounds, but it doesn't look too hopeful. That server is looking like a bit of a mess, and i've recently started getting into the main server again.
Any hope for a 3 year old LG +2, who never really got into the game or the mentoring he needed to really flourish?
