Glory and Reputation Score (gained > rank 1,204) 0

What do these do and do I get them when I get to rank 1,204?

I'm nearly there already and I've only been playing a week!

when you get to the rank you get 1 every turn change

What is your ID, Orion? Do you have SS? Had a lucky farming hit, I feel like sharing.

What is SS? Where do I find my ID?

On your base page (the one with your stats and such) click on your name, and copy the last part of the link (http://gatewars.com/stats.php?id=*).

ss= supporter status or possibly a random guy you might see around here from time to time he thinks he is a pirate and he smells funky but he runs a good crew

GnR can be traded in for supporter status and can also be used to ascend when you have 1k points, ascending offers a few perks as well as a nice title usually the first one is prior


your ID go to your command center and click on your name it is the series of numbers in the URL for example mine would be http://gatewars.com/stats.php?id=1908744

I don't really know what I am doing, but just taking bits of resources from people and building up my coverts and motherships at the moment.

I'm guessing that getting 1000 Glory and Reputation will therefore open up this: "To the Private Trade Broker (Not Fully Available Yet to you...)" to allow mutual trades between other players? Considering I've used up all my attack turns, I think this would be a worthy thing to get!

yeah you need supporter status to access the private trade broker, but the regular market place you can access right now I think all you have to do is use ingame resources to buy market supporter status which allows you to make trades with the game itself not other players shoot me a private message with your ID or your ingame name and I will see what I can do to help you out I am always looking for a good officer I can help out

no lol she doesn't she was just noticing you said motherships instead of mothership and so she decided to be her normal self and point it out because that is just who my dear Juliette is

I recommend using your first 1001 GnR (Glory and reputation) points on getting supporter status rather than ascending. Reason when you trade in your GnR points for supporter status you get free resources, such as turns, naquadah, and Untrained Units which at this stage of the game would be quite beneficial for a player just starting out. Second reason for getting supporter status is that once you have your second 1001 GnR points to ascend you should transfer any excess resources to a trust worthy player as your stats basically zero out each time you ascend except for your mothership and your Lifters, then that player can send you those resources back once you finish ascending. Another piece of advice as a newb starting out don't invest to much resources into covert levels since each time you ascend they zero out and ends up being much of a drain on your resources. When you get a chance you should read the sticky info on the FAQ section much advice there.

not to steal the thred or anything but where abouts is the second bracket of G&R hanging? rank 150? if i remmber you get 5 per turn? n even more if ur rank 1.... ?
