Guild threatened to sit on my account, and had descended me, due to me verbally warning him for an off-topic post. The verbal warning was just and fair.

I made a request to Guild for a vendetta with him so he can vent frustrations, have some fun, and then go our separate ways. Guild declined.

I messaged the leader of his alliance, hoping he would talk to guild and ask him to stand down. The only reply I got was from guild asking me how telling his leader helped.

I went to Jedi~Tank asking him for help, he spoke to Guild, and Guild massed me once I was off PPT. I spoke to Jedi~Tank again and he tells me Guild will vendetta me, then let it go.

Terms:
No officers. We both don't have officers.
No planets.
No alliance hits.
No ascended.
PPT not allowed (I will be on PPT until tonight, as I had set PPT before notification of the vendetta, I have an Easter lunch to attend and I have work tonight. But after that, I will be off PPT for the week).

Must rebuild once online.

Vendetta starts when I hop off PPT tonight (seems fair considering your initial hit, and your obvious account advantage) and ends Market Reset around a week from now.

Do you agree to these terms Guild?
