Again, it must be minimum 24hours.You have either attacked other realms in the last 1 day, or been on vacation/ppt within the last 1 day (or are now). To go on vacation, you need a clear conscience. In this place, that takes 1 day of no attacking others. Additionally, you must have been in full active play (no ppt, no vacation) for the last 1 day.
I propose that be put on either a 24hour clock or a 12 hour clock, not both
(Taken from the button when you click vac before you can vac)
Its either that or the PM/AM bit is unnecessary. I'm sure part of it is wrong

12:30 PM is a real time. It is not written 0:30 PM. In any system.
Silly Andy. (Oh and by the way, it's a 12 hour system.)

I tend to think of checking with you before posting a game mistake tbh

Nah. The GameTime is displayed in a short fashion, and thus intentionally uses the shorter 24h notation.
The Vacation mode timer is part of a longer text, and thus is written in the longer fashion, fully naming the day of the week, etcetera.

from 0:00 up to 11:59 (in a 24 hour clock based indicator) is AM, but AM/PM isnt used in 24 hour systems, as the hours themselfs indicate what part of the day it is.
from 12:00 to 23:59 (in a 24 hour based indicator) is PM, but again, in a 24 hour system there is no AM/PM
AM/PM is used in 12 hour indicators, seeing as you can not tell the difference between 01:00 in the afternoon, or 01:00 in the morning, hence AM/PM. But a simple 01:00 in the morning and 13:00 in the afternoon, should be quite obvious.
But yes, having the same type of clocks makes things a lot easier
