From what i understand i do not think you will. I can't say for absolutely sure though.
From what i understand the only thing that changes is your multiplier/title.

The G&R points beyond the minimum of 1001 always get used to boost your ascended server realm.

A misunderstanding i think Dubby. I think FE is asking if, when they donate the $10 to ascend will their current stash of GnR be removed.
I don't believe this to be the case, as i understand it your account will remain as it was but you will have +1 ascension level, +multiplier and (if applicable) +title.
