Not really going back to the Middle Age or Antiquity, who are the five greatest leaders/head of state of your nation, according to you?

For my country I would say:

Louis XVI
Napoleon 1st
Napoleon 3rd
Charles De Gaulle
Nicolas Sarkozy

All of the five had an important influence on my nation, but were all misunderstood in their time and were all ousted too early to accomplish more than they already did.

Washington
F Roosevelt
Lincoln
Truman
Jefferson...
