I have a total income of 114.731 bil before the 30% to the officer. By basic math he should be receiving 34.419 bil from me. After talking with him hes only receiving 24.092 bil. The officer rate is always sat at 30%. If needed I can post the "Lemme Splain It" screens of his and mine with the relevant information.

Unless there's some calculation I'm missing I'd say its a tad buggy.

isn't it something like max of half of his income? So 30% of yours UP TO half of his income? Similar to MS's in battle, they only match a max of half of your attack or def.

No, I was able to get 10b off of someone while having only a 2b income myself.

hmmm, is it based off of raw income? 30% of just purely your miners/ifers - no planets.

Me and The Architect were also having some issues with this. I was receiving 7b when his "lemmie splain it" screen said it should be 10b.

That which is green... subtract the two and you get the 34 bil. The yellow is what he is actually getting.

odd, pull the ol reversey on what your officer is getting and your 'income' would be about 80,306,967,607. I think....admin may have accidentally calculated what your income would be AFTER what the officer SHOULD get, and then from that number he finds 30% of it to give to your officer. So yes, probably a bug, but I could be wrong

Can you explain which part of my income you added my officers income from me to?

This is what i was talking about:


Your total income without officers = 114,735,127,316
x 0.70 due to officer rate of 30 = 80,314,589,121

So technically your officer should get 30% of the one highlighted green.

But your officer gets:
+ 24,092,090,282 from commander

which means (dividing by 0.3) your supposed income should be 80,306,967,607 which seems really quite close to the one in red above (income will change all the time depending on a few things).
So as I said before I have a hunch that admin may have accidentally based the officers income on the red one, rather than the green one.

Admin Sue said that if either of us had plague it would explain the income loss. My officer is over the plague limit.

I thought it only affected the units not the income coming directly from me.
