Change Password Not Working

I'm trying to change my main server password and it seems to go through but it won't let me log into my account with the new password.

I log into my GateWars main server account successfully.
I go to Command Center > "User Preferences, Login Details and Vacation" link > enter in the new password twice under the Change Password section > click Ok.
I get the message "Your password was changed successfully. Please re-login now using your new password."
I click the Command Center button to send me to the login screen.

I try logging into the main server using the current code, my username, same email, and the new password but get error "Name: [MY USERNAME] and mail: [MY EMAIL ADDY] and password entered, return no player accounts." --Username and email address omitted for privacy reasons.

However if I log in using the current code, same username and email address but the old password, I am able to log in successfully.

I don't know if the game is setup to do this, but I am not getting any email that says "you have changed your password" or anything to that extent.

I've had this issue for months but since I can remember the password, I haven't really thought to bother anyone with it.

ask for it to be reset and start over with a new password. Try support@gatewars.com

Thank you, I didn't know that was possible. I'll give it a shot.
