No, House's season 8 was announced to be the final season in February.

I think Matt meant that House's ratings are still great. Not sure though.

The new ones have no interesting titles among them. Pity.

Oh, okay.

That would be good.
Curious who they will pick for producer then, seeing how the producer said he was quitting too..

I find it hard to understand how Whitney (NBC) as been kept on the air and at the same time they take Awake (NBC) of the air
I am also going to miss Unforgettable and The River and i have also been watching The Firm (which is not to bad) and lets hope they keep Bob's Burgers as that show makes me laugh

lol i got so much recorded on my Sky+ that it said space remaining 1%, which I know is a lie but it still causes problems when recording something new. One of those things on my Sky+ was Alcatraz which i hadn't started watching yet, after hearing of it's cancellation I couldn't be bothered to watch it knowing it wasn't going to last, so i deleted them all lol.

Hehe.

Good move. They left it on a cliff hanger with the main character in surgery after an attack.
Prim Suspect was a remake of a British series staring Helen Mirren. Not great, but entertaining.
The Finder was quirky enough to work, but it didn't get the Friday night ratings.
GCB was trash. But it was a train wreck I couldn't stop watching.
Harry's Law is Kathy Bates as a hard-nosed lawyer who starts a law office above a women's shoe store (which she also owns). Actually a pretty good series.

Terra Nova never got off the ground, but I found it more interesting than Falling Skies. They could have done a lot with it...
Unforgettable was interesting. Main character is a cop who remembers everything. It's based off a real medical condition, but I suppose they wrapped up the season they way they did because they knew it was going to be cancelled. 1-and-done season.

of those you listed, we only watched Terra Nova.
The other series we watch are all on the continued list... thankfully...

Only The Big Bang Theory is worth watching.

The River and Terra Nova I watched.. but Terra Nova was just ok, it wasn't particularly good outside of the finale.. unless it got better writers for the second season it would have crashed.
The River I thought was fine as the single series. It would have been cool to see it in a second series but it was nicely done for a single one.. so no biggy.
Everything else I watched has been renewed.
In regards to House...as far as I know Hugh laurie has 100% said he's not going back. Which deeply saddens me as they never did the Cox/House cross over to see them work together and conquer cancer.

Terra Nova was terrible.
We watched the first two episodes and all agreed how bad it was.

Aye lol.. like I said.. last two were the only two alright episodes. I'm not sure what happened to it. All that money Steven S on board.. Dino's, time travel, future tech.. it should have been a hit. Bad writing is all I can put it down to.

bad luck too...
or perhaps a studio that could not give it the publicity and time it needed? There's many potentially great series that quite simply don't become great because studios don't let them develop before cancelling them.
