Obama has been known frequently to fictionalize aspects of his own life. During his 2008 campaign, for instance, Obama claimed that his dying mother had fought with insurance companies over coverage for her cancer treatments.
That turned out to be untrue, but Obama has repeated the story--which even the Washington Post called "misleading"--in a campaign video for the 2012 election.

I won't desecrate the flag nor my country's name, I owe that to every serviceman and woman out there. But I really hate the people who politically represent my country.

Apart from the obvious as was stated by ramen, this has SERIOUS repercussions that Barry Soetoro has used fraud and lies to obtain the highest office in US Govt. but it goes further than that, questions also have to be asked of the mainstream media why he was not properly vetted before he took office....to say nothing of the fraud to get US education....all of which i am sure you are aware of on one level or another.

The mainstream media is about as useful to us (in reporting whats really going on in the world) as a eunuch is to a woman.

Furthermore, why every major news source was adamantly against any idea of said fraud being true.

I can't wait to see what his reasons were to get there- "just because", the money, prestige, a sinister plan?

Oh please, its quite clear what the thinking behind this was;

- He had distant relatives from Kenya

- He need to fit in to what 'was' and could be said to still be 'is' a 'whitemans world'

- The thought of playing the poor lil black kid who made good was just too much temptation to resist

- Playing on the whole guilt of slavery also worked in his favour.

plain and simple its PR, just like people like Hague trying to portray themselves as hard working, nose to the grindstone, just making ends meet kind of people when the real truth is that he hasnt had to worry about money since before he was concieved

You might wanna qualify that statement. The very purpose of a eunuch was to serve women.
