Race Unique Technology

Should the concept of racial unique technology be brought in? Similar to here:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=191774Obviously not as powerful, at least at this point, but just something to set the races apart a little more.

It would be a good idea, but moderate unique tech for now, considering it's slow growth and starting small.

I agree. I wouldn't put anything more than like 20% at this point.
And possibly start everyone off at 0%. Since there's none at this point, unlike main.
