Interesting movie, but I wanted more from the storyline or at least more information instead of the "OH LOOKIE, I BLEWD YOU UPZ. END OF MOVIE."

I was thinking of seeing it, because I have free movie tickets, but decided to pass after seeing some of the more recent trailers. Maybe you can help me out. Does Rihanna have multiple cheesy one liners? I know I shouldn't go into movie's like battleship expecting/hoping for great dialogue, but I'd at least like the dialogue to be somewhat competent.

It is not so much the dialogue that is cool, but the military stuff. It is a good advertisement for the Navy.

Great bit of Aliens-v-Earth sci fi shoot em up

Best thing is you can watch it when drunk, very little thought required to follow the plot, just nice simples goodies-v-baddies s**t being blown up

It's a transformer type movie. Take the second and third transformers and make them good, and you get this. Great action movie, imo. I never went in expecting a story, just CGI explosions and shtuff. I think it's worth a watch, and imo definitely a movie for the big screen to enjoy all the special effects.
